In a time crunch? Upgrade the Home Staging Consultation to where the Home Stager will take a self-guided tour of the home and provide you with the detailed Staging Report within 24 business hours.
Note: Consultation rate applies to two hours in the home (up to 2000 square feet). A $100 hourly rate will be applied to any subsequent time.

Market Launch Styling: Hands-on styling prior to an open house or professional photos, so that we can make sure items from the Consultation were completed and the home looks beautiful!
Space Planning: Do you have home Buyers who need a little help with an empty canvas? Let Lenko Design partner with your Buyer for furniture placement floor plans or even more extensive home renovation planning.
Color Consultations: We guide Sellers or Buyers through the process of selecting the correct paint color for their space.
eDesign: Clients benefit from eDesign as a way to view Vision Boards or 3D renderings of their rooms before they begin purchasing new furniture. Online Interior Design Vision Boards are also great Closing Gifts for your new homeowners!
Home Styling: We first incorporate your client’s existing belongings into their home and then assist with making selections for new purchases to make their new home a true reflection of their style.
