What is the process?

We begin with the initial site visit to determine the overall condition of the property. I like to refer to this service as The Airbnb LaunchPad.

Using our “Critical Inventory Checklist” the Designer will take inventory of what is physically on the property. We want to make sure your guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. The Designer will issue you recommendations for:
A) What, if anything, can be repositioned or reused
B) What needs to be discarded and replaced
C) Wishlist items to enhance the space and the renter’s overall experience
Tips, tricks, and a shopping list will give you an exact plan of action for creating a much more beautiful and photographable listing. The Designer will issue you a Home Report outlining all of the recommendations as well as design concepts or any possible solutions for anything they find that needs to be corrected.

Initial Airbnb LaunchPad Service Pricing - $375 for a 2-hour site visit.

The initial site visit includes the Consultation, Inventory worksheet, and Home Report.

Designer By Your Side

Is your rental empty and in need of new furnishings?

Take advantage of Designer “To The Trade” pricing and acquire luxury furnishings at a discount!

This service usually costs approximately 30% of the total furnishings bill and a timesheet is kept.

Design and Procurement Fees:

Based on an hourly rate the Designer will develop digital design concepts for your approval. Products will be sourced and purchased by Lenko Design on your behalf. Depending on the circumstance, merchandise will either be directly delivered to the property or stored and delivered by Lenko Design.

On-Site Installation and Styling Fees:

Based on an hourly rate, Lenko Design will handle deliveries and the installation of all merchandise on-site prior to photography or your first guest’s arrival.
